    Ned has been a part of Anne Arundel County his entire life.  Born and raised in Brooklyn Park, Ned has lived in the same house since he was born.  At the center of Ned's life are his wife Pam of 25 years and their son Patrick.

Ned is invested in the community as our Delegate, Former Chairman of the Harbor Hospital Board, Founding Member of the Chesapeake Arts Center, BWI Rotary Club Member, Past President of the Anne Arundel County School Board, Past President of the Brooklyn Park Elementary School PTA, and a BWI Marshall Employee for nearly 30 years.
